Merry Christmas! (Part One)

Merry Christmas!
We had a great trip to Virginia for Christmas. First we went to Springfield to Grandma Pam and Grandpa Steve's house.

Logan had a good time celebrating his first Christmas.

He finally got to meet Uncle B and Aunt Elissha. They'll have their own little Santa next year!

Uncle B the architect helped me make a gingerbread house.

Aunt Elissha and Logan became fast friends. She's very good at peek-a-boo.

I helped Grandma decorate some cookies. They tasted as good as they looked!

On Christmas Eve, we went to a special church service where all the kids got to dress up and be part of the Christmas Story. I was a mouse. They also had puppets to help tell the story. I ran back to Mommy and Daddy to say "Those guys are funny!" and then ran back to the puppet show.

That night, all the stockings were hung by the chimney and cookies were left out for Santa.

And Santa came!

He brought Logan a tool bench.

And here's Logan on his rocking horse

I was the last one to wake up on Christmas morning, but I was very excited to see what Santa left for me.

And he brought exactly what I wanted! I call it the "Toy Story thing." It's a playset from Toy Story and I love it!

So did all the other guys.

I had lots of fun opening all my other presents. I helped open Logan's, too.

Here's another of my favorites: a Super Why costume. He's from one of my favorite tv shows; Super Why is a hero with awesome reading powers!

Grandma and Grandpa gave me a hockey set that was fun for everyone!

And a Spider-Man boxing balloon. I had lots of fun with those boxing gloves!

Logan had fun, too!

Whenever Daddy and Grandpa Steve are around there's lots of tickling going on...

Here's our little family.

And here we are with Grandma and Grandpa. I had trouble making Grandpa behave to get a good picture.

We had a great time visiting with Grandma and Grandpa!

Next up: Christmas Part Two in Hamilton!

9 Months Old!

I'm officially nine months old!

I weigh 20 pounds, I wear size 6 month clothes, size 3 diapers, and size 2 shoes.

I have 2 teeth. They're still working on coming through, so they're really pointy and sharp.

I crawl SUPER fast!

I pull up on tables and chairs and dishwashers and people's legs and get into everything I can.

I'm starting to wave! (not in this picture, however)

Quinn and I met Santa the other day. It was a very quick meeting (so quick Mommy didn't get a chance to take a picture). I hadn't taken a nap that day and as soon as I realized it wasn't Daddy holding me but a big man in a red suit, I started crying. Quinn did pretty well, he sat with Santa but was feeling a little shy and didn't talk to him. He was a little disappointed since he had something very specific he wanted to ask Santa for. He wrote a letter instead. He enjoyed the rest of the mall more.

Here's a video of me doing what I do these days:

Busy Busy Busy!

We've been so busy lately, we just haven't had time to post! So here are some pictures to tide you over.

I've been busy pulling up on everything I can and getting into whatever I can.

I'm getting my first tooth and it's not much fun. I liked to put everything in my mouth before, but now I really chomp down on stuff! And I'm a wee bit cranky!

But I'm never cranky when it's bath time with Quinn!

Quinn got a book about tools and so he thought he'd take a crack at fixing his kitchen sink.

We're pretty busy getting ready for Christmas, I hear we're going to meet this Santa guy soon!
