It feels like I've been celebrating for a month. First, my school celebrated all the June birthdays one Friday (since we won't be in school on our birthdays). Here I am in my special crown.
And here they are singing to all us birthday boys and girls.
The next week, my class celebrated all the summer birthdays with a special party. Mommy and Logan came and brought goodies.
Here's my class at community circle that Friday.
And I had a special birthday doughnut. It almost couldn't hold all the candles. Might have to move up to a waffle next year.
At music camp, I got lots of love for my birthday. They sang "Happy Birthday" to me at least five times (and I loved it) and Mommy made special birthday cookies for me and all my friends. And here I am in my special shirt Mommy made.
After camp, I had Tae Kwon Do class and I got another stripe! I'm definitely getting closer to my yellow belt. Then we picked up Daddy early from work, came home and opened presents!
While I was at camp, Logan helped decorate the house and wrap some last presents. He got a little excited and wrapped up some things for himself so he would have something to unwrap.
My presents were awesome! Lots of Legos, Star Wars, Skylanders and books! All my favorite things.
And of course a new video game. It's all I can talk about right now.
Next we went out to dinner.
And when it came time for storytime, I had a lot of new ones to choose from!
Finally, this weekend, I had my birthday party. I chose to take my two best friends to Catch Air, an indoor playground place. These are my friends Myles and Liam C.
There were things to climb on and jump in and slide down and bounce on and hang on...
Logan had tons of fun, too.
They also had a glow-in-the-dark dance party. These pictures aren't too clear, but that's me dancing my heart out (with my serious dance face on).
On our way home, I called it "the best party ever!"
And I slept like a rock after all my birthday celebrating. Can't wait to do it again next year! Thanks to all my family who made it special for me!
